Terms of service.

  • The amount to be paid by the Customer includes the rental costs and special requirements indicated in this Contract. Additional expenses may be charged separately.

  • The total amount shall be paid via bank deposit within 7 days following the issue of an invoice. If the payment is not made within this period, the contract shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.

  • The leased property can only be used for legitimate purposes. Losses caused by unlawful actions of the Customer are recourse to the Customer.

  • Hello Darling Hire will express ship all rented equipment to the Customer, to be received by The Customer no later than 3 days prior to the event. The Customer accepts that shipping delays may be outside of the control of Hello Darling Hire. 

  • The Customer is required to inspect all rented equipment and report any issues or faults to Hello Darling Hire within 24 hours of delivery. If determined, a replacement will be issued to arrive no later than the event date. If the replacement will not be received by the event date, Hello Darling Hire will issue a full refund.

  • The Customer agrees to return the rented equipment in a clean and tidy manner. All items included with the rented equipment will be returned in full working order. Hello Darling Hire will include a pre-paid return express shipping satchel for the Customer to return all rented equipment in.

  • The Customer is obliged to use the rented equipment with care and diligence. Any loss and damages to the rented equipment will be reflected to the Customer for the full cost of repair or replacement. Hello Darling Hire reserves the right to assess what is reasonable wear and tear. 

  • Hello Darling Hire will clean and inspect all rented equipment prior to shipping to ensure no damage is evident. The Customer agrees that reasonable cosmetic flaws are acceptable due to the regular hire nature of the rented equipment.

  • The Customer agrees not to disassemble or alter the rental equipment in any way.

  • The Customer agrees not to remove or download any recorded content from the rented equipment.

  • The Customer agrees to accept responsibility for any errors or improper use of equipment not stated in the hire guide provided with rented equipment. 

  • The Customer agrees to accept responsibility for external factors that may affect audio quality of voice message recordings.

  • Neither party will be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labour condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond the party’s reasonable control.

  • Cancellation of the booking by the Customer 15-30 days prior to the event date will forfeit 50% of booking fees paid. Cancellation of the booking by the Customer 14 days or less prior to event date will forfeit 100% of booking fees paid. Cancellation fees are at the discretion of Hello Darling Hire.

  • Additional fees and charges will not be applied for changes made to rented equipment styles or event hire periods. Hello Darling Hire can only accept change requests no later than 2 weeks prior to event date and will be subject to availability. Change requests made within 2 weeks of event date will not be accepted.

  • All copyright is shared between Hello Darling Hire and The Customer. Both parties have the right to reproduce the content. The Customer agrees that Hello Darling Hire may use the content for promotional purposes unless advised otherwise prior to the Hire Period.
